Who are you?

We are a team of creative professionals with over 10 years of experience. Throughout our careers, we have worked both in established companies and as independent artists on numerous projects. In 2023, we decided to combine our expertise and passion by founding Lynx & Bear — a creative production studio dedicated to building a strong team and delivering the highest-quality services to our clients.

What services do you offer?

At Lynx & Bear, we provide end-to-end creative production services. Our expertise spans Creative Strategy, 2D & 3D Graphics, VFX and Video Production.

Which industries do you work with most?

We work extensively in the commercial sector (FMCG, automotive, electronics, science, music, events, toys, non-military industrial and more), as well as in film and television. However, our skills and experience allow us to adapt to virtually any type of video production project.

How do you start a project? What is your process?

Our collaboration begins with a discovery call or meeting to fully understand your goals, brand, and creative vision. We’ll ask for details such as your timeline, target audience and marketing goals, along with any technical details like resolution or frame rate. Based on this information, we prepare a creative brief, propose concepts, and present a detailed proposal. Once approved, we move into production, with structured stages for reviews, revisions, and final delivery. Whether you need a full video production, key visuals or even large-scale presentations without animations, we can tailor our approach to your needs.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Smaller assignments (such as 2D animation or graphic design) may take just a few days to one or two weeks. Larger projects (such as 3D animation, advanced visual effects, or full-scale productions) can take several weeks. We always provide an estimated timeline in our proposal so you know what to expect.

How big is your team?

Our team is flexible and able to scale up to 20 specialized professionals per project. With this team, we are able to handle both large-scale productions and projects with tight deadlines, always ensuring quality and efficiency.

What are your rates / how is pricing determined?

Every project is unique. Our pricing depends on factors such as creative complexity, duration, team size, deliverables, revisions and licensing requirements. After receiving your brief, we’ll prepare a custom quote that fits your needs.

Where are you located and do you work with international clients?

We are based in Belgrade, Serbia, but we collaborate with clients worldwide. Remote workflows and different time zones are part of our daily routine.

Do you have a legal entity?

Absolutely! We have an official registered company in the Republic of Serbia at the address Alekse Nenadovića 19, Belgrade.

How do payments work?

We accept payments through our official company’s bank account, with SWIFT transfer if you are abroad, or in local currency if you have a company in the Republic of Serbia.
