1. The Project Charter: Establishing Your "North Star"
A complex CGI sequence or a multi-location shoot can feel overwhelming. We tackle this by using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). We deconstruct your project into manageable, transparent "work packages."
Instead of a vague "VFX Phase," you see a detailed breakdown: shooting, editing, modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, compositing and so forth.
